What happens if I am not happy with the product I received?

Items must be returned in the original condition in which they were received.

Our site is for customers who have purchased and tried a product, including skincare, perfume or make-up. If you order the wrong product, you can return it for a full refund, but it must not be opened or used.

If the product is defective upon receipt, it can be returned to us at that time.

Returned products will be refunded using the same method used for payment when purchasing the product. We bear the postal costs in the event of damage, breakage or wrong shipment, and the money will be refunded to the same credit card with which you made the payment.

For DHL Express and Aramex Express orders, we will not refund the postage costs for returning any items due to delivery failure where there is inaccurate processing such as incorrect address entry and inability to contact the recipient on the delivery date. Your refund will be processed via the original payment method excluding delivery costs.
